What is Zumba Fitness®?

​

Zumba is a fusion of dance and aerobics inspired by Latin rhythms.

Zumba is a very innovative fitness system, which shapes our figure through great fun, takes care of our condition, and above all, fills us with optimism and makes us feel great , which stays outside for a long time outside of class. 

Simple dance steps, great combinations of movements and motivating music create the atmosphere of a great party and totally captivate us to have fun. A very dynamic and exciting combination of Latin and international rhythms such as merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, flamenco, samba, belly dance, cha-cha, rumba, twist .... and many more.

Zumba Fitness is a program licensed by the ZIN - Zumba Instructor Network,  under which instructors receive regular materials and other benefits [ ZIN ]

Zumba Fitness offers the following programs:

- Zumba Basic 1 (you should start with this training if you want to become a Zumba Fitness instructor and / or instructor of any specialization) 

- Zumba Rhythms 2 (continuing education training)
